Run your whole shop.
Office, field, and phones.
FireDeck started as the one-click AHJ submittal generator for fire alarm contractors. It grew into the whole operation — submittals, field service, NFPA 10 / NFPA 25 extinguisher and sprinkler compliance, invoicing and receipts, and an AI that answers your phones and runs your inbox. Built for fire protection. Works for any trade.

Four calculations. One package.
FireDeck handles the tedious parts of every submittal — so you can quote more jobs and focus on installing the system, not filling out spreadsheets.
Battery Calculations
Manufacturer-template battery sizing using official forms. 24-hour standby, 5-minute alarm, 20% derating — all calculated and formatted to AHJ standard.
Voltage Drop Analysis
Wire-run calculations with NEC-compliant tables. Know your SLC and NAC circuits pass before you print — per-device, per-wire run.
Device Matrix
Complete device schedule with standby and alarm currents, quantities, tags, and circuit assignments — generated automatically from your entry.
Embedded Cut Sheets
Automatic cut sheet fetching from our live manufacturer URL library. Every device in your project is documented and paginated into the package.
Everything your shop runs on.

Questions, answered.
Q-01What is FireDeck?
FireDeck is an all-in-one platform for running a contracting business. It started as a one-click AHJ submittal generator for fire alarm contractors — battery calcs, voltage drop, device matrix, and cut sheets in one PDF — and grew into the whole operation: a field-service and inspection app, customer invoicing with recurring contracts, receipts and bank reconciliation, an AI answering service, and an AI office assistant. Turn on the modules you need and add the rest when you're ready.
Q-02Is FireDeck only for fire alarm contractors?
No. FireDeck covers the fire protection trades: fire alarm (submittals are our flagship), fire extinguisher routes (NFPA 10 registries, service clocks, and tags), and fire sprinkler ITM (NFPA 25 schedules, trip tests, and impairments) — a multi-trade shop runs all of it from one account. Beyond fire, most of the platform is trade-agnostic: the invoicing, receipts, AI answering service, and AI assistant work for any service business, and the field-service app runs work orders, scheduling, GPS, and inventory for any trade.
Q-03Which panel manufacturers are supported?
For submittals, FireDeck supports Fire-Lite, Notifier, Potter, and Silent Knight — both addressable and conventional — with battery worksheets on each manufacturer's official format, plus a generic worksheet for other panels. More manufacturers are added based on user requests.
Q-04What's included in a submittal package?
A cover page, battery calculation worksheets on the manufacturer's official template, voltage drop analysis for every notification (NAC) circuit, a complete device matrix, and embedded cut sheets for every device. You can also add a sequence-of-operations matrix and auto-generated riser diagrams, reorder every section in a drag-and-drop builder, and save the layout as a reusable template.
Q-05What are the AI Answering Service and AI Assistant?
Two different AI tools. The Answering Service is your phone line: it answers calls 24/7 in a natural voice, screens spam, routes calls, and escalates real emergencies to your on-call tech — it can even quote from your price list. The Assistant is your back office: it triages your Microsoft 365 inbox, drafts replies and invoices, and suggests who to dispatch, with everything waiting for your approval. Both are built to work for any trade, not just fire.
Q-06Do I have to buy every module?
No, and right now you don't have to buy any of them. Modules are à la carte, so you can use just Submittals, or add Field Service & Inspections, Customer Invoicing, Receipts & Reconciliation and the rest whenever you want — and while FireDeck is in public testing every one of them is free, with no card required. The per-module prices on each product page are what they'll cost once testing ends, and you'll get plenty of notice before any billing starts.
Q-07Can my customers pay their invoices online?
Not yet. FireDeck records payments — card, ACH, cash, or check — tracks partial payments and running balances, and shows your A/R aging, but it doesn't process card payments for you. You collect however you do today and record it, then export a QuickBooks-ready CSV for your accountant. A customer-facing online payment option may come later.
Q-08Can I try it before I pay?
Yes — FireDeck is completely free during our public testing period. Create an account with no credit card and use every module (the AI Answering Service and AI Assistant are enabled per-shop on request, since they carry live phone and AI costs). The prices shown are what each module will cost once testing ends; we'll give you plenty of notice before any billing begins.
Q-09Do I need to install anything?
No. FireDeck runs entirely in your web browser. There is nothing to install or update — open it on any computer, tablet, or device with an internet connection.
Q-10How do I cancel?
Cancel anytime from your account settings page with one click. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. Your subscription remains active through the end of the current billing period.
